A free consultation with you at the property is the first step in order to fairly evaluate the nature of your need and how we might be able to assist you. Many folks try to tidy up before we meet, but please don’t feel the need, except for used food items. You may overlook something of value and also some of our customers might re-purpose an item(s) for arts, crafts and other hobbies. At this initial walk through with you we will discuss what is to be sold as well as what conveys with the home. We will make recommendations, discuss our process and scheduling, and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Although we provide a full system of our own that is secure and wifi capable for our cashiers, we might ask that internet /cable service is not interrupted while we are readying for and having the sale. This allows us to show the working condition of any electronics to be sold. Ideally speakers should remain hooked up to the electronic system to show that those sellable components work properly. We can clearly mark the speakers “Not for Sale” should they be an item you or a family member wishes to keep.

Before we leave you will be given a copy of our informative brochure, and also our contract for your review, which we will customize to fit your needs and our observations.

Once our contract is signed, with a start date and sale date agreed upon, we will take care of the rest as we start organizing your sale. You may at this time request a list of items which sell for $100 or more, which we are happy to provide at our final settlement.
