We value our reputation and are confident in our knowledge of what sells at a fair price in today’s market.
From an average, full content home you would receive 60% of the sale proceeds, along with a full accounting of the sale, and we earn our 40% commission. We will offer full disclosure at our initial free on-site meeting, and whatever is agreed upon will be written into our contract.
We work hard for you and ask for no money up front. Exceptions would be determined at our initial, free on-site meeting and might include: ‘road ready’ costs needed to ready a vehicle for sale; or a dumpster if we agree together that there is excessive trash or recycling for us to remove as we begin our work.
The day after the sale ends we will contact you to arrange an on-site meeting to do a final walk through and settlement. Or our contract may state that you choose for the settlement to be mailed to you, along with your key(s) and donation receipts. Either way, within three to four days after the sale we will have done a full accounting of the sale and we will have paid the State sales tax and card processing fees. We also will have removed our supplies, have had any agreed upon donations picked up, and left the house in order and broom swept.
